BELINDA BOTHA

Belinda moved to Sierra Leone eight years ago as a consultant for an international marketing firm, having become disillusioned by the tensions increasingly prevalent in her native country of South Africa. From the moment she arrived, she fell in love with Sierra Leone. Through her experience in marketing, advertising and hospitality, Belinda learned how to identify common goals and work strategically to accomplish those goals, while acting with compassion toward everyone. She has a talent for mobilizing business professionals from around the world to undertake what few have attempted or even imagined. Belinda is a committed humanitarian and environmentalist with an abiding interest in sustainable development, eco-tourism, education and healthcare. She believes that Sierra Leone’s greatest natural resource are Sierra Leoneans. Belinda is a citizen of Sierra Leone and South Africa. She is the CEO of Propel.   

MANFRED PEARCE

Manfred Pearce is the Chief Operating Officer, (COO), Manfred is the senior executive who oversees Propel Organization daily business operations and administration. Manfred is compiling the company financial reports, implementing business strategies and optimising the organisation’s operational capabilities.

He is the heart of Propel Organization and the father to the Propel family.

JOSEPH JERMAINE KARGBO

Joseph Jermaine Kargbo is the Program Coordinator of Propel Organization. His responsibility is to ensure that activities/functions of the organization are executed and he interfaces between the organization and the outside world ( community/locality). His main tasks are to carry out the operation and programs the organization wish to undertake and gives back report on activities.

SULAIMAN KAMARA

Sulaiman Kamara is the Accountant of Propel Organization Sierra Leone who is handling the day to day financial activities of the organization and ensuring that financial transactions are accurate and presented. He is also actively involve in the management planning and operations of the organization.

SAMUELLA BORBOR-DEEN

Samuella Borbor-Deen is the Monitoring and Evaluation officer (M&E) at Propel Organization. Her role is to assist in monitoring of sponsorships especially within the educational aspect.

MATILDA SANU

Matilda Sanu is our HR and administrative Officer. Matilda deals with the day-to-day operations and welfare of staff and beneficiaries. She also assists with sponsorships and the EcoVision program.

ALIMAMY SESAY

Alimamy Sesay is a social worker at Propel.  His primary role is to counsel individuals, especially children that have been molested, depressed or abused, children that are vulnerable and that are under the organization watch.
Alimamy helps reconcile and rehabilitate children with their families through the organization, giving possible recommendations and referrals on child adoption and temporal placement programs.

GIBRIL CONTEH

Gibril Conteh is our supervisor for  Beach cleanups and  supervises the daily cleaning activities along coastlines ( EcoVision). 
Gibril coordinates environmental groups, civic organizations and individuals who wish to join forces with our team to help with the cleaning exercise along the coastline. He also helps with the collection of trash and admonishes beachgoers on safe disposal of unwanted materials to make the beach safe and  improve the coastal and ocean ecosystem.

THEOPHILUS G. SESAY

Theophilus G. Sesay is a lifeguard at Propel Organization. He is stationed at the coastline to protect and ensure the safety of beach goers from any possible danger from the ocean.  He regulates the swimming activities of beachgoers by telling them when it is safe to swim and when not to go into the sea.

SHAMSU KOROMA

Shamsu Koroma is Propel’s media manager and is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization’s media presence and communication strategies. His primary role is to develop and implement effective media campaigns to promote Propel’s brand, products, and services.
